NALOXONE GIVEN TO MAN FOUND UNRESPONSIVE IN DOWNTOWN CROSSVILLE

Crossville police responded Wednesday night to the area of East Fifth Street downtown near Main Street for an unresponsive man in the road. First responders administered Naloxone to 27-year-old David Leon Harvey of Crossville who later woke up and became combative. Harvey was taken to Cumberland Medical Center where he apparently made threats to ones helping him. At one point, Harvey held up his hand and pointed his finger at officers in the fashion of a gun. He was released from the hospital and taken to jail for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
