Authorities in Cumberland County went to a residence at Northside Apartments on a tip of illegal narcotics being sold there. According to the arrest report, 39-year-old Methias Dewayne Jones of Crossville told officers he had been selling drugs for about six months after several bags were found in the apartment. Jones was charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of narcotics and served an outstanding warrant for child support.
