Harriman police responded to a home on Sewanee Street to a disturbance. The arrest report indicates Hakiim Allah Nelthrope entered the residence after he removed a small window air conditioner and attacked a female inside. Nelthrope was later arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, domestic assault, evading arrest and violation of bond conditions. He was taken to the Roane County jail and initially placed under a $102,500 bond.
