A Cumberland County Grand Jury has indicted 77-year-old Frazier Norris and 35-year-old Jericia Renee Marie Hayes on felony drug charges.

Norris faces 10 counts including four counts each of the sale of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl) and delivery of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl), and one count each of the sale of a Schedule I drug (Acetylfentanyl) and delivery of a Schedule I drug (Acetylfentanyl).

Hayes was charged with two counts each of the sale of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl) and delivery of a Schedule II drug (fentanyl).

Both were taken to the Cumberland County jail. Authorities say the bond for Norris was initially set at $150,000, while the bond for Hayes was set at $70,000.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court on January 17, 2024.
