Oak Ridge Police have identified the woman killed in a two-vehicle, head-on collision earlier this week on Melton Lake Drive as 37-year-old Jessica Hotchkiss of Clinton. The driver of a Comcast truck has not been identified, but was taken to U.T. Medical Center. The crash remains under investigation and police say no additional information is being released at this time.
