West Roane County Fire, Sheriff’s Dept. Officials and State Fire Inspectors were on the scene of a fatal structure fire just south of Rockwood Thursday morning . The call came in around 3 AM at 1142 Mountain View Rd to a mobile home on fire. Some concerns were raised just after daylight for the possibility of another body but that was ruled out and the so the search was called off around 11 AM. The body was transported to UT Medical Center for an autopsy to determine the identity and the cause of death.
