An Oliver Springs Police Officer has received the Officer of the Year Award from the Governor’s Highway Safety Office. Sgt. Charles Graham has been with the OSPD for nearly 10 years and is one of few long-standing officers with the department. Chief Kenny Morgan commented that Sgt. Graham’s award is just another example of the good men and women working in the OSPD. The GHSO works with state law enforcement agencies in participating in checkpoint and saturation programs.
