OLIVER SPRINGS WATER BOARD AND TOWN COUNCIL TO HOLD MEETINGS TONIGHT
Residents of Oliver Springs have a double-header of local government meetings this evening, Thursday, October 1st, at Town Hall.

Water Board Meeting (6:30 p.m.): While there are no major action items on the agenda, City Manager Corey Jenkins is set to deliver a financial review concerning the town’s water and sewer systems. The Board of Aldermen serves concurrently as the Water Board representatives.

Town Council Meeting (7:00 p.m.): Following the water board session, the council will convene with no old business on the docket. The single item of new business features consideration of a grant for the Oliver Springs Fire Department.
Both meetings are open to the public.
