An adult, one teen and two children were hurt Wednesday in a two-vehicle head-on crash in Anderson County. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a 17-year-old was driving a 1999 Mazda 4000 on State Route 61 at Bethel Road when he crossed the center line and struck an oncoming 2002 Chevy Tahoe driven by 31-year-old Tara Bales of Clinton.
