One of the over 30 individuals indicted by a Roane County jury this month on drug charges was sentenced to prison for vehicular homicide six years ago. Court officials say Dylan Seth Headrick was responsible for a head-on crash in 2011 on Gateway Avenue in Rockwood that killed Nancy Hill. Headrick took a plea deal and was sentenced to five years. His sentence ended 10 months ago. Headrick is now facing three counts of the sale of meth. He is scheduled to appear in court next on December 7, 2018.
