A vehicle t-bone accident at the corner of Lantana Road and Dunbar Road yesterday resulted in a fatality and two injuries The crash involved a white 2013 Ford F-250 pickup and a maroon 2007 PT Cruiser. An air medical helicopter landed near the scene at Lantana Road Baptist Church to transport one in the PT Cruiser, Brandon Norris, to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Another person in the car, Brenda Norris, passed away after efforts to stabilize her were unsuccessful. The driver of the truck was not initially identified but was taken to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment. A full accident report will be released by the Crossville Police Department at a later time.

Story note – Brandon’s family says he had one surgery yesterday and has a few more to go. The family is requesting prayers for him as he will have a long process to recover.
