The Kingston Police Department and the Kingston Fire Department are currently investigating a house fire at 824 Alma Lane. An adult victim perished due to the structure fire.

The TBI Bomb and Arson team are assisting in the investigation. The investigation is ongoing, and more details will be released as they become available.

The Kingston Police Department would like to ask that residents avoid traveling in the area due to the street being congested with emergency response vehicles due to the investigation.
