OUTSTANDING WARRANTS SERVED TO THREE IN CROSSVILLE

Three people were arrested by Crossville Police earlier this week in connection with an alleged drug transaction. Officers were tipped off that a red van with two males and one female had left the K-Mart parking lot. The vehicle was found in a washing bay of a car wash on Highway 70 West. The driver of the van, 30-year-old Nick Crisp, was found to have outstanding warrants in both Cumberland and Putnam Counties. The second male, 28-year-old Chad Phillips, also had a warrant out of Putnam County. Both men were from Monterey. The third subject, 38-year-old Pauline Ledbetter originally gave a false name. She had outstanding warrants in Cumberland and Overton Counties as well. A used syringe was found on the floor of the van in reach of a 2-year-old child sitting in the rear seat. A used snorting straw was also discovered. A DCS referral was made on the child who was released to other family members.
