Dear Residents,

Please be informed of anticipated traffic delays and road closures scheduled for Sunday, June 30, 2024, starting at approximately 8 PM. The State of Tennessee will be overseeing the transport of the oversize load from Morgan County through Roane County and into Anderson County. The designated route includes:

• City of Wartburg via Highway 27, Mossy Grove, and Bitter Creek into Roane County.

• Highway 61 between Harriman and Oliver Springs.

Residents planning to travel on these routes Sunday night are encouraged to arrange alternative routes in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and will provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you.
