An Overton County man has turned himself into authorities after being indicted on sexual charges by an authority figure. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says that 36-year-old Travis Puckett of Monroe was identified as the suspect who allegedly had sexual relations with a minor victim between March 1^st and April 30^th of 2007. The Overton County Grand Jury has charged Puckett with three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. The victim was over the age of 13.
