PANTSLESS MAN ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION TUESDAY MORNING
While on routine patrol in the area of Deer Run and Red roads just after 9:15 Tuesday morning, Cumberland County deputies saw a man walking along the road, wearing a sweatshirt and underwear.
His hands were shaking erratically and deputies noted he was having difficulty standing still. Questioned about possible recent drug use, 39-year-old Jordan Duran Tinnel of Crossville claimed to have smoked a quarter gram of meth the previous night.
When deputies asked where his pants were, Tinnel said he was out walking and his pants were up the road at a friend’s house.
Tinnel was arrested for public intoxication.
