An 89-year-old man, John Andriulli of Oran Zirkle Drive in Kingston, died Sunday night after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Roane State Highway just west of Bunch Marine. The incident occurred around 10 p.m., with officials reporting that Andriulli may have been suffering a serious medical event before losing control of his vehicle.

Kingston Fire Department, Kingston Police Department, and Harriman Police Department all responded to the scene near the boundary of the two jurisdictions, where multiple emergency vehicles were visible. The driver was transported to Roane Medical Center but was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
