A man who is suspected of thefts in Cumberland County back in March found himself facing a 13 count indictment this week by a grand jury. Court officials say 41-year-old Kenneth Doyle Phillips faces aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, two counts of auto burglary and three counts of theft under $1,000 and vandalism under $1,000. Phillips is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment September 14.
