Investigators in Overton County charged a man after he reportedly admitted to several counts of rape of a child. Officers say 28-year-old Earl Junior Pike of Livingston was living with his girlfriend and her several children when the acts took place. Pike was taken into custody, processed at the Overton County jail and initially placed under a half million dollar bond.
