Volunteer Energy Cooperative will conduct a planned power outage beginning Friday, April 26, 2024, at 11:30 p.m. in the Ten Mile area of Roane and Meigs counties.

This outage will affect all 6,400 members fed from the Ten Mile substation and will last approximately 2 hours.

The purpose of the outage is to allow TVA crews to work safely on upgrades in the area.

All affected members will be notified.
