POLICE LOOK INTO STUDENT POSTING POTENTIAL THREATENING PICTURE

The City of Crossville Police Department, working in conjunction with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, investigated a Stone Memorial High School student for posting a potentially threatening photo on social media yesterday (Monday, November 20, 2017). Following an in-depth investigation, no credible threat has been discovered and the situation has been resolved. This information by the police department is intended to lessen any possible fears by any of the intended recipients of the post, ensuring the continued safety of all students.
