The Clinton Police Department in Anderson County is searching for a suspect who they say may or may not still be wearing handcuffs. Officers say 27-year-old Andrew C. Rogers is charged with shoplifting, escape, theft and criminal trespassing. He is also wanted on two arrest warrants in Campbell County. Officers say Rogers ran from police last night (Wednesday, June 28, 2017) at around 7:30 p.m. at the Clinton Walmart. Rogers has red hair, blue eyes, six feet tall and weights 140 pounds.
