An official with the Breckenridge property owners association (POA) in Cumberland County reported two juveniles were setting off fireworks in the area of the basketball court Saturday. They were advised to stop and leave the area. Shortly after, profanity was spray painted on the POA office building and shuffleboard courts. Total damage was set at $400.
