QUINCE ARRESTED BY CROSSVILLE POLICE AGAIN FOR KNIFE INCIDENT

Crossville police responded to a home on Pinewood Drive Friday afternoon to a report of a man who pulled a golf club, knife and a firearm on three subjects at a nearby car wash. A search of the suspect, 48-year-old Frank Henry Quince, listed as homeless, revealed a two knives and a box cutter.  Quince left his other belongings on a porch where the golf club was in plain sight of officers. Quince was arrested on three counts of aggravated assault. Police were not able to recover the alleged firearm used by Quince.

Quince was issued a citation by Crossville police the night before for trespassing after he was found behind the Thread of Hope thrift store reportedly getting into items left for the thrift store.

Quince was arrested in January 2020 at Woodmere Mall after he allegedly a vehicle armed with a knife. He was arrested for assault in that incident.

A month later (February 2020), police responded to Braun Street for an unwanted person. They found Quince and a small pouch reportedly fell from Quince with a baggie containing meth hanging out of it. Quince was arrested for felony possession of meth.
