RASH OF HOME AND VEHICLE BURGLARIES REPORTED IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

Cumberland County investigators are looking into a rash of home and vehicle burglaries. Deputies responded in the past few days to homes on the 4,000 block of Peavine, Sunset Ridge Subdivision, Highway 127 South, Pomona Road, Little Randolph Road and Oceola Circle from which items totaling $23,000 were stolen. Vehicle burglaries took place on Ostego Drive and Cherokee Trail, where firearms were taken.
