Roane County deputies stopped a reckless driver Tuesday on Interstate 40 near the 352 exit. Officers encountered the driver, 46-year-old Cindy Jean Galyon, and a 8-month-old child asleep in a child restraint in the back seat. Deputies administered a sobriety check on Galyon who reportedly failed. She stated to deputies in the report she snorted Zanax earlier in the day. Galyon was arrested and charged with DUI.
