Cumberland County law enforcement arrived in the area of the 1,600 block of Brewer Road last night after several motorists reported a naked male jumped out into the roadway in front of them. Deputies encountered 26-year-old Daniel Silas Morgan of Crossville who was completely unclothed. The report states Morgan was under the influence and he admitted to using meth. Morgan was charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication.
