REPORTS OF SHOTS FIRED IN ROANE COUNTY TURNS INTO FOUR FIGHTING
Numerous Roane County sheriff’s deputies responded to a home on the 1600 block of Post Oak Valley Road just after midnight this morning after a 911 caller reported shots fired. The caller also reported hearing someone yelling “don’t shoot me”. Sheriff Jack Stockton said their department surrounded the area then approached the residence. Officers realized the four individuals inside, one female and three males, had been fighting and were intoxicated. Stockton said there was a holster found but no weapons as they could have hidden them. No arrests were made in the incident.
