RHEA COUNTY MAN ARRAIGNED ON MURDER CHARGE

A Rhea County man accused of killing a gas station clerk earlier this year was arraigned in court today. Daniel Clark pleaded not guilty to all charges connected with the murder of John Stevens. Clark is accused of shooting Stevens while he was working at an Exxon gas station in west Nashville. Officers say 15-year-old Trinity Quinn is facing charges for allegedly serving as an accomplice. Clark has been appointed a public defender. His next court date was set for February 1, 2018.
