A Rhea County man was sentenced this week to 11 years in prison after he plead guilty to aggravated sexual battery. Court officials say 22-year-old Philip John Mayton will have to serve the sentence at 100 percent. Mayton was originally charged with rape of a child and aggravated sexual battery in February 14, 2016.
