RHEA K9 UNIT PRESENTS $4,279 TO COURT CLERK IN BREAST CANCER FUNDRAISER SUPPORT

Posted by the Rhea County Sheriff’s Office:
Today the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department K9 Unit was honored to present Christi Flory with a check in the amount of $4,279.18, representing funds raised through Breast Cancer Awareness K9 patch sales.
Christi has faithfully served the people of Rhea County as our Civil Court Clerk, working day in and day out behind the scenes to support our justice system and this community. It meant a great deal to our agency and to our community to have the opportunity to give back to someone who has given so much to others.
This cause was especially close to our hearts, as Christi is also the mother of Sgt. Hunter Flory, a dedicated member of our K9 Track Team, pictured alongside K9 Lycan. The overwhelming support shown through patch purchases and messages of encouragement was a powerful reminder that in law enforcement—and in Rhea County—we stand together during life’s most difficult moments.
On behalf of the Rhea County Sheriff’s Department, I would like to sincerely thank our community members, fellow law enforcement agencies, and everyone who purchased a patch and showed their support for Sgt. Flory and his mother. Your compassion, generosity, and unity truly reflect the best of who we are.
Christi, please know that you are not walking this road alone. We are standing with you, praying for you, and supporting you every step of the way.
