A Cumberland County Grand Jury indicted a man Monday on two counts of attempted first-degree murder. Court documents state 29-year-old Andrew Nicholas Rich also faces a count of aggravated burglary. The charges comes from an incident this past June in Fairfield Glade. Officers responded then to a home on St. George Drive for shots fired through a bedroom door. Rich reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle but was pulled over near the Genesis Road exit on Interstate 40. Reports state a sawed-off shotgun was found near where Rich was stopped. Rich is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges November 4, 2019 in Cumberland County Criminal Court.
