Cumberland County authorities took 51-year-old Marshall Shane Ridley of Crossville into custody yesterday following a traffic stop on Miller Bypass at Dunbar Lane. Ridley was served with multiple counts of home improvement service provider fraud. He was processed into the jail and his initial bond set at a total of $15,000.
