The Harriman Police Department needs the public’s help in finding the person or persons responsible for the vandalism of David Webb Riverfront Park. Authorities say the incident happened this week in the nighttime hours where flowers and plants were ripped up out of the ground. Concrete benches, paving stones that created a trail through the flower garden, a birdbath and other items were reportedly taken in the incident. The park not only showcased various beautiful flowers but was a memorial for several that served in law enforcement, firefighting and the military.
