Greetings! 105.7 News just checked with road officials and the main roads in much of the area are in decent to good shape with spotty ice patches on them. Many back roads are either snow covered, icy patches or nearly cleared depending on where you are. Use caution this morning while traveling. Conditions will improve as we get into the afternoon with temperatures rising above freezing. HOWEVER, any melting that takes place this afternoon will re-freeze tonight as temperatures will fall back to the mid to upper 20’s. Motorists traveling this evening should be advised of the possibility of black ice that will form.
