TDOT crews are making progress with a truck climbing lane on I-40 in Cumberland County at mile marker 326. The right shoulder of the interstate is closed for grade work activities. The estimated completion time is June. A much larger road project involving the expansion of Peavine Road from Peavine Firetower Road to Fairfield Glade is also progressing. Crews are working on storm drainage, utility relocation and grade work. The estimated time of completion is November 2020.
