Roane County authorities recently charged an individual after he reportedly struck his own brother with a vehicle. Harriman police responded to the 100 block of Pine Ridge Road and found the victim, Alec Luffman, laying on the sidewalk in an area of blood after sustaining injuries. He was transported to Roane Medical Center for treatment. Police took 35-year-old Brendon Seth Luffman into custody charged with aggravated assault and DUI. The report indicates the two were arguing in a parking lot of an apartment complex prior to Brendon Luffman allegedly striking the victim with the vehicle.
