Absolutely, NO owner-surrender dogs at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no availability to house them. Please call 865-354-7387 for helpful resources to help rehome your dog or to be put on our list to call when kennels become available. Even though we can’t take them in at this time, we can still help!
