A Roane County corrections officer was arrested this week for domestic assault. Authorities say 59-year-old Gary Watts is under an internal affairs investigation stemming from an altercation that happened with his wife at a home on Oak Hills Drive. Watts has worked as a corrections officer in Roane County for many years and no other incidents were documented in the past regarding Watts.
