A Roane County man wanted for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault was taken into custody last night by authorities. Officers went to a room at the Budget Motel on South Gateway in Rockwood and made contact with a female who answered the door. A check of the room revealed 27-year-old Andrew Allen Goss in the bathroom. Goss was taken without incident to the Roane County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
