ROANE COUNTY SERIAL BURGLAR HAS FURLOUGH REVOKED AFTER ARREST
It only took a few days into a 60-day furlough for a Roane County serial burglar to find his way back to jail again. Court officials say 37-year-old Timothy Fink pleaded guilty to 17 separate burglary incidents and was sentenced to 12 years in prison by Judge Jeff Wicks. The judge had given Fink the furlough to get his personal issues in order before going to prison. Last Saturday, Fink was arrested for violation of probation after allegedly testing positive for opiates. Fink’s furlough was instantly revoked and Wicks ordered him to start serving his time immediately.
