ROANE COUNTY WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER REPORTEDLY FIRING GUN AT MAN

Yesterday, Roane County deputies went to a home on the 100 block of Stripling Road to a disturbance. Officers say 46-year-old Julia Mills Miller discharged a .38 Special handgun at a male subject during an argument. The man was not hit and ran out of the home to call authorities. The report indicated Miller stayed in the home with multiple loaded firearms present. Deputies were able to get Miller to come out. Miller was charged with aggravated assault.
