A Cumberland County deputy pulled over a vehicle on the ramp to I-40 eastbound in Westel Friday night. The arrest report indicates a passenger, 42-year-old Shawna Nanette Green of Rockwood, suddenly ran back to the truck after all occupants were cleared from it and pulled out a pink bag. During a struggle with officers, the bag allegedly containing drugs fell to the ground. Green was arrested for criminal impersonation, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of heroin and meth.
