A judge sentenced a woman this past Monday in Roane County court to 10 years in prison for vehicular homicide by intoxication. Officers say Raychell Christine Huckelby struck and killed Daniel Hester with her vehicle on May 8, 2014. Officers found Hester’s body off the side of Pansy Hill Road. Huckelby left the scene after hitting Hester.
