ROBERT ERVIN DODSON, age 80, of Crossville, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Cumberland Medical Center. He was born March 15, 1936 in Van Buren County to Venus F. Dodson and Alla Mae Clouse Dodson.  In 1945 the family relocated to Pleasant Hill, TN so that the children could receive a proper education.  Robert graduated from Pleasant Hill High School in 1955.  He served in the United States Air Force from 1956-1960 and spent much of his time in Iceland.
