A Cumberland County grand jury has indicted a man for aggravated robbery and theft over $500. Deputies served the warrants on 19-year-old Justin Allen Roberts during a traffic stop early yesterday morning on Big Horn Drive. Roberts was also charged with underage consumption of alcohol. He was taken to the Cumberland County jail and initially placed under $125,000 on the aggravated robbery charge.
