Officers with the Crossville Police Department recently went to an apartment on Park Place Avenue to remove an unwanted intoxicated female from a porch. Police found 54-year-old Esther Annette Robertson of Crossville face down with her pants and underwear lowered down to her thighs. Officers helped her up to notice injuries to her face. Robertson refused medical treatment and had to be assisted into the back seat of the police cruiser. She was charged with public intoxication.
