The Rockwood City Council this week approved the hiring of a new police officer, Austin Richardson. He comes to the police force from the Fairfield Glade Police Department. Rockwood officials will look to replace Investigator Josh Rymer who will go to the Harriman Police Department. Rymer has been with the Rockwood Police Department since the late 1990’s.
