ROCKWOOD WOMAN FACES DRUG CHARGES IN CROSSVILLE

A Rockwood woman faces drug charges after being arrested in Crossville Sunday. Police were tipped off that a red F-150 truck was parked inside of a bay at the 127 South Kats Car Wash and had not moved in 30 minutes. Upon their approach, officers saw two people exit from the vehicle, and while speaking to the two, they observed a syringe in plain sight inside the truck. A probable cause search was performed after one of the subjects, 27-year-old Alissa Brock, was recognized. Found in the search were 7.38 grams of meth and 23 grams of “fake” meth. Officers also found klonopin, alprazolam and a bunavail strip. A set of scales, a recipe for meth, and three written drug “ledgers” were also confiscated. Brock was taken into custody and all of the narcotics seized were placed into evidence to be sent to the TBI lab.
