Funeral services for Ruby Kerley Tabor, 91 of Crossville, will be at 3 PM Wed, Sept. 14 at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1-3 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
